Company culture is slowly improving.
Support from management
Middle management is good and usually supportive. When you get to the VP level (which there seems to be FAR too many of), the support for the staff dwindles.
There is not enough teamwork between the frontline staff and those that work behind the scenes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remember the purpose of the hospital. It isn't about satisfaction scores and core measure grades. It's about delivering safe care.
