Support from management
Who are they and what they do is a mistery
My department gets an applaud for having a great team support, including my supervisor , who's on top of things at all times
Freedom to work independently
I love it because I take totally ownership of my profession and career.
For whatever reason we are basically under Social work area but are never included in meetings that revolved around us. Other words I and my team are never included during meetings or important messages
Attitude towards older colleagues
No chances for career advancements
Overall compensation for your work
Not compatible to other places of employment
Office / Work Environment
Good relations with colleagues
Not a comment
In my case, I only work 30 hours per week. My hours and schedule are flexible enough for me to balance my family needs and personal needs without having to request time off to take care of personal affairs
Very loyal to the employees
Resolving communications issues are real issues, I believe I and my team are good in this area but of course at the end someone always get credit for it.
Inclusive / Diverse
I wish there're less chiefs and better paid Indians
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of so many Chiefs and divide that salary among employees who TRULY work and take care of business
What I dislike about the company
They need to stop firing good employees just because, they either forgot to clock in or perhaps they're late a few times. The problem is the system does not give you merits for working overtime if you mush finish a task. The system was created to fire you if you missed 7 clock in on time.
