Suggestions for improvement
- Let the public know more good things. Management needs to look at the ones getting the work done and reward them; not those riding the wave. Listen to the employees. Follow through with making it better.
I like about the employer
Good benefits, diverse culture of employees, good doctors and caregivers
I dislike about the employer
Poor middle management, poor HR doesn't look for the truth, newspaper doesn't see the good, real stories of true human caring and it gives PHS a bad public image.
