Support from management
Employees were not given any consideration in decision-making. Even when possible alternative solutions to problems were presented, the status-quo was always the chosen option.
Freedom to work independently
The work was very structured and employees were micromanaged on every task. No autonomy was tolerated.
Suggestions for improvement
- The Company should value its employees' differences and at least consider new ideas and ways to improve processes.
What I like about the company
The employees were pleasant. The Company also offered a lunch program that was very convenient.
What I dislike about the company
Management did not even consider any ideas or differences in opinion. I was told on several occasions that "this is the way we have always done it, and this is the way we will always do it". Also, the job description and time requirements I was given upon hire were very misleading. Last, work-life balance was not a concern of the Company. Management had little regard for employees' needs where family is concerned.
