Employees were not given any consideration in decision-making. Even when possible alternative solutions to problems were presented, the status-quo was always the chosen option.
Level of Autonomy
The work was very structured and employees were micromanaged on every task. No autonomy was tolerated.
Suggestions for improvement
- The Company should value its employees' differences and at least consider new ideas and ways to improve processes.
