Employees play a big part of the work atmosphere. Everyone is a professional and is expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Be a self-starter and a team player keeping the client and the Company always first.
Support from management
Fast paced highly viable work place. Worked closely with executive management in-house and with clients. Must meet all deadlines so as not to impact the entire project and goals of the Company. Management has open door policy and is always open to fresh ideas. If you approach with a problem it is always best to go in with a suggested solution. Management always tries to include employees in decision-making early in the process. Information flows up and down equally.
Very team work oriented. Although you are responsible for your part of the work, it is essential that the entire team meet and coordinate with each other regularly and stay on target together.
Freedom to work independently
In a management position you have complete say of your work & how it is structured. If you're not management you can always approach your manager regarding the distribution of the workload and how you wish to structure your own work responsibility. There may be reasons directed by the contract, the client or upper management as to why things are as they are which they for the most part share. Every contract & project changes. That's what I liked. I love new challenges.

What I like about the company
This is the one Company I always woke up eager to go to work. Work was challenging, educational, provided continuing education, people were respectful of on another and their co-works responsibilities. Everyone always was I formed of the where, what, when & who of the overall project and of their part in the project at all times.
