Suggestions for improvement
- The senior leadership that was familiar with the industry was forced out. I would think by now HR could see come kind of trend in the exit interviews and say something to the parent company. It seems everyone just likes to keep their head in the sand. NOT the kind of organization I want to work for. Stay away!
What I like about the company
Great co-workers, especially in the IFS department.
What I dislike about the company
Senior leadership could spend more time understanding the industry if they golfed less. Employees seemed to come and go more. Churn and burn mentality.
