Suggestions for improvement
- Not much. Just having a few of the hiring managers be a little more flexible and open with communication to the recruiting department. Not the recruiting department manager. Just a few others.
What I like about the company
Work hard play hard. Management pushes you and encourages you to be your best. Management listens and has an open door policy. 100% work life balance. No one is able expected to work long hours. When the day ends, everyone leaves on time. We have breaks, n addition to an hour long lunch, that were encouraged to take to help reset our brains. Commission structure is more aggressive and better than most companies provide. There's a lot of room for success if you're willing to put in the work.
