Suggestions for improvement
- Create a better nurse to patient ratio. Especially in the more critical units like IMCU. Has a high turn over rate of nursing staff. Have better trained CNA's some don't even know how to take a manual blood pressure or a pulse. Have had a tendency to manufacture numbers or use a previous result.
What I like about the company
Very supportive in finishing my nursing school degree.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of support from administration & immediate supervisor.
