There are a click of supervisors that seem to have been there the longest. no real push for being a multi cultural company.
Support from Management
Leadership is clueless and self absorbed.
no teamwork between departments.
Attitude towards older colleagues
have seen management employees leave their positions, they do not encourage people to retire at company.
no training whatsoever, leadership does not seem to have any real professional development to offer.
