There are no benefits or career development provided. Hours are kept to under 20 per week for most employees to limit unemployment liabilities. Older colleagues are marginalized and routed out. Compensation is $10.00/hr. There are no concerns about disabled staff or clients. There is a marked preference for certain racial groups. There is no training to provide an accident free workplace. All employees are treated like "independent contractors" even though they have a fixed schedule and hourly wage.
