Suggestions for improvement
- Every one needs to be fired from the Board of Directors to Administration.
What I like about the company
Paul J Cooper gave me an opportunity to be creative and not be in a box. They gave me the freedom to run my department with little to no support.
What I dislike about the company
Human Resources control the whole agency, there is a monopoly as to how gets hired, or fired. The agency is very ghetto with no supports or appreciation for the employees who work hard.
