Suggestions for improvement
- This company is trying to grow too fast. They are firing more people than they are hiring, especially upper management. Without a stable leadership, their is no true order and direction in every department. It was the biggest reason I left. I had 7 different supervisors there during the 9 months of working. I also had 2 different department heads.
What I like about the company
Great health and vision plan, lunches we're always nice, especially after they put the market in.
What I dislike about the company
See things that need improving. You are also hired for 40 hour weeks and in some departments there are mandatory overtime every week and several weekends worked. Job is more like a 50-60 hour job.
