Suggestions for improvement
- Work on better company structure for communication/sharing and provide autonomy to those experts hired to do their jobs.
I like about the employer
There are many good, hard-working people who have a common goal. The leadership is accessible with an open to listen.
I dislike about the employer
Many teams work in silos. Need some structure for communication and advancement paths. Need to give more autonomy in some areas to clear up a bit of red-tape in approval processes.
