Suggestions for improvement
- Every policy is pretty solid. They are laid back and accommodate your needs well
Sold as a “millennial culture” though this is mostly a visual aspect.
Tier 2 management and above very much disconnected from work. Does not develop talent but rather system metrics managing and unclear career pathing.
Best attribute is the “teamwork”. Teams are very supportive of each other. Culture encourages team interaction and fun
There are 100% and partially remote positions. Excellent product created and managed by excellent skilled staff. Company encourages contributions and much of this is often done by self directed “tinkering”. They favor the “independent thinkers” who offer solutions and dont expect recognition or compensation.
