No, I was constantly told that if I didn't meet "xxx" standard I would be fired. When I met those standards, I was fired anyway...it is hard to understand what Managers want with this type of feedback.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be sure they know how managers are really treating their employees, get our of the corporate office and come to the Jackson office more often.
What I like about the company
PAI had employee events usually about once a month, fun for employee moral.
What I dislike about the company
There was favoritism inconsistent treatment within departments, employees were not treated fairly or equally.
