This company does not take employees feedback into consideration, even though management doesn't know how to do the position
Women are appreciated only if they are in management positions.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Employees who have been there for numerous years are not appreciated for hard work or compensated for getting the company to where it is today.
Unfortunately there is no growth potential at PCC. Many employers have held the same position for 15 years because there are no promotions or management opportunities. This company hires externally for management positions, instead of internally.
Overall compensation for your work
Employees do not get paid the amount that the industry sets across the board. The amount is significantly less.
The employees in the past year have threaten to strike because of wages and the treatment of employees.
Because this company is not-for-profit, there are strong and numerous risk in employees losing their jobs.
Accessibility of handicap people at the Administrative office is not available.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is not much diversity of all races. Only two ethnicities are represented in the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- New management is really needed. PCC needs management who want their employees to succeed, have growth opportunities and show appreciation and concern.
What I like about the company
PCC provides health care to low income patients.
What I dislike about the company
PCC care more about the welfare of its patients but not about the employees who actually take care of the patients.
