I felt as though PDS was never there for me and they were just another company 7,000 miles from me.
Support from management
Had to pry information from management or research solutions myself.
I was the only PDS employee assigned to my contracted company. The only PDS team interaction was with management/HR, neither of which worked together or gave me the same answer.
Freedom to work independently
As an employee who worked overseas for this company, I would have expected more interaction with my support back home. Never or rarely happened and my contracted company had to lean on PDS.
Great communication trying to get me to my location, howver once there they may have just changed all their contact information. Would have been just as useful.
Unknown as I was the only PDS employee on my team.
Overall compensation for your work
They have medical, dental, vision and 401. Not the best, not the worst.
Office / Work Environment
Great working conditions provided by contracted company. Safe, clean and professional
PDS was either not interested or just did not care about me as an employee while I worked for them. Never asked how I was doing, need anything or even try to contact me while I was assigned. Any contact was generated by me!
Only employee on my team, but talking with teamates who previousely worked for PDS.....they share my opinions. Not a good image.
Not there long enough to comment fully. After supported company laid me off, PDS did not really help to place me elsewhere or peovide information. After numerous calls and emails I was notified, finally, that I was officially laid off. During that delay I was not elidgible for unemployment.
Cant comment on this other than the safety program and record of the company I supported was excellent and I was provided all PPE and proper safety training.
I was very proud to be called a member or the company I supported.....that was not for PDS.

Suggestions for improvement
- Better training for management in the areas of communication, timeliness and employee care...especially an employee who is assigned 7,000 miles overseas.
