Suggestions for improvement
- Site management should be assisted when needed. More help, not enough. Salary should be competitive. Promotions should be for those who truly earned and can prove their worth. Corporate needs to listen and find out what staff truly needs, feels and thinks.
I like about the employer
Generally what is pleasant is the clients, customers and residents.
I dislike about the employer
Extremely poor salary. They say competitive salary. Not true at all. Promotions are only for those who are in corporate offices and it's who you know. The workload is overwhelming for most employees.
