Support from management
Management was poor, the were not willing to make the job easy, eliminate extra steps in the job that were necessary. also slow down the customer service feedback to customers and sales reps. manager and customer service was not fully trained herself always asking employees below her in her department how to do particular job because she was not fully trained herself.

- Get better management to run the customer service department.
