Support from Management
Not a lot of support from upper management. A lot of empty promises.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more leads, supervisors, management to allow for better work schedule.
I like about the employer
The place offers job security because not too many people want to work there or last long there.
I dislike about the employer
The hours are long and excessive. Very rarely get to partake in a scheduled break so by the time you leave you are not only exhausted but starving too. The pay does not compensate with hours worked or overtime.
