Company culture

More relaxed, fun events.

Support from Management

Non existent, main emphasis is to recruit as many agents as possible, supporting or developing agents to make a living is in the back burner

Teamwork

Very little teamwork but that is real estate where each one fends for itself no one will give you a ticket to a free meal (lead)

Level of Autonomy

As a realtor, you are self employed with a high degree of autonomy over your career sucess or failure

Suggestions for improvement

  • Listen to your employees, they really do care about what they do.

What I like about the company

There are people within certain departments that have a real heart for helping others.

What I dislike about the company

Leadership is more concerned about stock holders and their own positions than they are about the people that make the company work. For most employees there is a lack of career advancement. Too many restructures in short periods of time.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Build relationships with your partners and respect them, stop trying to choose your favorites, there is so much hidden talent.

What I like about the company

The benefits, 401 (k) match, life insurance, health insurance, dental. At first it was from day 1 start, but now you have to be in the company for 90 days.

What I dislike about the company

Everything, there is favoritism in that place. Be aware, if you get hired be prepare to face miscommunication, and workload that you do not get compensated for. If management doesn't like you, they wont fire you, but they will make your life impossible, and work you until you quit. This place also has no room for growth, its turning into a call center, and there is no room for growth TRUST ME
