Suggestions for improvement
- Make offers to your contractors and actually communicate with your contractors when you choose to outsource to a service. Leaving them questioning whether or not they have work is just bad social skills.
I like about the employer
I like the flexibility and ability to work from home.
I dislike about the employer
The chances of ever getting hired as a full-time employee are slim. Even if you've been working for them for years, if a position opens in the exact department you contract in, the chances of getting hired are slim. Many people (not just me) have said there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the hiring process.
