Suggestions for improvement
- To employ managers - not puppets. To improve communication and encourage 2 way communication without fear of reprisal.
What I like about the company
Only the benefits - health insurance is good
What I dislike about the company
Total lack of respect for employees in the field. Constant changes to schedules, the expectation that everyone should be "on call" without compensation. Low pay for the level of attention to detail and differing requirements for every client. The management at every level treats the employees like "the Help" totally disregarding the fact that most of them have more experience and skills than the Regional and Office managers that they work for. No communication whatsoever - except if one makes a mistake or fails to take responsibility for mistakes made by the candidates which are ultimately reported as staff misconduct!!!!
