Level of Autonomy
If you are not a manager or higher level, you have no input. The company has been reorganizing for 7 years and layoffs are abundant.
The company doesn't care about employees. If they need you to work on something you better be ready. But truly the issues are in disorganization and lack of communication.
Suggestions for improvement
- Start caring and stop trying to be the education monopoly of the world.
