Support from management
Absolutely no management skills at the branch level. Veteran employees take presidential treatment over all others. Management might as well be educated in basket weaving; as they have no clue how to manage
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire new management at the branch level that know how to manage people, rather than focusing on process
