I always felt accomplishment when a Project was successfully completed or directly earned new business /customers or a customer received the best Tech Service. But, to get a pat on the back or "Good Job, new revenue! Thx for keeping my job!" was always given from the workers. However, do not expect any recognition from the Ownership.
Suggestions for improvement
- As a Polymer Products manufacturer, the Polymer Expert needs to be taken serious, compensated as such and suggestions to operate in reference to how the Industry operates and is changing needs to be followed. Within 10 miles of the facility, you can find 100's of Chief Fin Officers, Non-degreed "Engineers", HR Managers are probably in the thousands. So, why would they insult THEE Polymer Expert in which maybe 4 Live within 100 Miles? And they have already worked there or no better and are employed by serious Polymer Companies. Administrators will never make you a dime or increase revenue. Qualified / Educated and Industry recognized Technical Experts do and did.
