- Hire supervisors that are fair and .Stop hiring friends and hire people who desire to honestly work.
Extreme micromanagement from a president who literally does everyone else's job but his own. No constructive feedback allowed, innovation is hindered at every turn. President is former owner and has serious Not-invented-here syndrome.
