Job Security

Pender has been through 22 County Managers in 23 years to date. That statistic speaks for itself!

Suggestions for improvement

  • The entire Board of County Commissioners need to be voted out of office. Hopefully new professional people will run and win. The current Board is a disaster.

What I like about the company

Topographical location near Topsail Island. Burgaw the County Seat means "mud hole" in the native translation.
