Suggestions for improvement
- Follow policies and procedures, do not ask your employees to perform illegal tasks, respect your employees and the job they do, do not treat men and women differently, provide job descriptions and perform employee evaluations, your employees have the experience trust them to advise and make suggestions, do not state to your employees, " any trained monkey can do your job" do not threaten, assault or scream obscenities at your employees. Do not constantly tell your employees they will be fired.
What I like about the company
The people I served as a Township Administrator were wonderful and my coworkers were hard workers and were concerned about the best interest of the taxpayers.
What I dislike about the company
Policies were not followed, the employees were constantly threatened by the elected Supervisors. When you requested your paid vacation or days off they would not approve. In an office of 3 there were 23 office clerks that quit or were fired between 2010-2015.
