My direct team leaders were always wonderful. It is the higher ups that try to control, micro manage and have a severely high turnover.
Suggestions for improvement
- Work from home and part time options should be available. Insurance is too costly as well.

High turnover of directors. Work life balance - zero. No communication from directors. Lay off is high.,insurance us extremely expensive and high deductible too.
