Poor working conditions, staff had intimate relations with clients, interacted together at social events. There was a lot of mistrust between staff and populations that were served.
Support from management
Supervisor was not on site but had access to him.
No there was no professional, comradely or support of employees.
Overall compensation for your work
No, I went in earning a lower wage than I was use to and when I requested a raise after 12 months I was terminated.
