Support from Management
They force you to make decisions unproductive. Non realistic targets. Gave unprofessional and disregarded promotions promised.
No teamwork lower more experienced personal qualified training upper management in there new positions.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not very savvy towards younger more experienced employees that know actually what they are talking about.
Expected personel to work above there expectations and beyond their means having no family life.
