Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest that they stop allowing their supervisors to harass the workers. My supervisor literally locked me in the closet with her, and Stret did nothing. This was after complaining about her harrassing me numerous times over 5+ years. I finally had a mental meltdown and was sent to hall Mercer and still nothin was done. I was forced to quit for my own health, sanity and safety.
What I like about the company
There is a lot that you can learn within your department.
What I dislike about the company
I dislike that complaints about harassment are not taken seriously, and your mental health and safety is not a concern to the higher-ups.
