Suggestions for improvement
- Needs professional training process for new employees. Human resource department is one person who never really seems to know much. They kind of wing it. Not real current with procedures and policies. Company does not even have a handbook for employees to follow. If there is an issue with acting manager there is nobody to turn to. They need to treat their employees better and address issues quicker. Regional office will ignore your calls if an issue and your told by acting manager that you are not to discuss any problems with the corporate office? They even tell the residents this as well. There is favortism from managers with conflict of interest and unfairness to other employees.
What I like about the company
They were willing to work with my schedule.
What I dislike about the company
Not enough support for employees from upper management. Not consistent with treatment of employees. Not enough recognition for hard working employees. Managers that run properties have little or no supervision. Zero training for long term employees to advance. Lack of proper training for new employees including managers. Not a company you can grow with. Long term employees are not given enough credit or consideration.
