Suggestions for improvement
- Have written procedures and training manuals. Do not relay on verbal training alone. Allow for more that 3 weeks for the learning curve for new employees before threatening corrective action.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Lack of training and written procedures. When a new employee sits with 3 different people, that employee gets 3 different answers on how to do the job. Then the team lead says all of those methods are wrong.
