Suggestions for improvement
- Less micromanaging. If there is poor behavior call out the person involved do not direct to the entire office, the offender will likely not realize it is about them - don't be passive aggressive.
What I like about the company
Upward mobility, strong female workforce that is supportive of other females.
What I dislike about the company
Some micromanaging and communication is not as strong as could be.
