Suggestions for improvement
- Improve pay. Consider positive feedback as strongly as negative feedback. Change policy to reflect actual company needs rather than state we will do it his way instead of the way the policy states.
- The company should provide sufficient administrators so they can perform their duties instead of requiring employees to "tattle" as a means to discipline.
What I like about the company
Immediate availability of accrued paid time off monthly. Gives praise for good works.
What I dislike about the company
Praise given is words only and doesn't really mean anything beyond that but negative discipline is aggressively pursued at company discretion. when Expectations far exceed pay and benefit allowances compared to other employment opportunities.
