Suggestions for improvement
- There are people on your staff that left me feeling badgered and belittled daily. I tried to reach out to management...telling them of my concern, how unhappy I was, almost begging them just to talk to somebody for me on what was going on..."I don't think I can keep working with him" I would say. But no matter how many times I reached out, the management took no actions and often sided with this brand new employee, despite the trust and relationships I had established with all of them. In the end, they would not even take my concerns seriously. My advice is this: If you have an employee that is willing to work 80hrs a week for you and dedicates himself to your company, I suggest you take more time considering their point of view. Be just a little more loyal At the least, if an employee comes and tells you how unhappy he is with the way something is occurring, it should be prerogative to investigate and take action. Especially when a person is feeing attacked
What I like about the company
When I started there, the management was incredible. There were sooo many amazing people willing to sit down with me and teach me how to be more effective in the market. There was never anybody shouting at you. It was the most gentle and professional environment! If you prove you will out in the time and demonstrate what you've learned, they will trust you to manage your time as you know you need to in order to fit your individual style

What I dislike about the company
I worked an average of 65 hours per week. Even led the company in sales for 14 months straight. I had the highest profit margin and success rate, I even helped break the company into the project market....but they brought in somebody new to the team who did not like my methods (at over twice my salary). This new guy decided I was expendable. He had no idea of my past accomplishments. Only that he did not like me.
I loved my job and Pentagon....but there is no job security. Even if you work from 7am - 10 pm most nights without ft requesting overtone or ever complaining.
The worst part was that this new employee would raise his voice at me, he would scold me in the middle of open rooms surrounded by my colleagues (for all to hear), would accuse me of lying, and would constantly talk badly about the president to vendors/clients
I started dreading going to work I the morning.
But it was still a wonderful experience
