Support from Management
Lack of support from upper management. Lots of pressure to get things done!
Suggestions for improvement
- Lessen HR's micromanagement tendency, and only promote and hire associates that can be trusted to carry out goals without constant supervision.
What I like about the company
I was given the opportunity to grow within the company due to my performance
What I dislike about the company
Very unstable. Change of upper management (DM's) was very common and as a result expectations were constantly changing from one end to the other without in a very abrupt manner. HR and field operations do not work together. HR loves to micromanage management.
