Support from management
Regional manager ducked he tried to help for a minute then just stopped.
The store teams functioned okay did what they could with the knowledge they had.
Freedom to work independently
It's a corporation there is no independent.
From Corp communication came via email but I store or inter store and regional sucked
Even had some female techs which is rare
They put you through their MDP training but nothing that really helps you advance any further.
Overall compensation for your work
Very low paying for store managers and service managers. Low paying for those under them as well.

Everything was usually good unless the regional manager was around
Most employees were really friendly and willing to work together
Spent anywhere from 80 to 90 hours a week in store for 6 months before I left.
Has gone way down since I started there in 2008.
Most people quit from here so as long as you can handle the BS your and do your job you are secure.
There was access to all stores and those with limitation did what they could with in those limitations.
Shop and store equipment were kept up pretty well.
Not really challenging but repetitive lots of papaerwork, reports, and inventory.
