As a supervisor there is no back up from Human Resources against any employee when employee do not follow the policy, they let them do anything
You fear of loosing your job every day.
They are always pushing to do more
Suggestions for improvement
- A new Human Resources dept that will not interfere with Production and backup management when employees don't follow the rules
What I like about the company
Nothing but I haven't find a new job yet
What I dislike about the company
Human Resources dept run the company breaking the policies. They make policies and then when employee don't want to follow like being late or not clocking in they allow them.
