Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
This company has a high turn over rate. The management team does nor work with the employees and they say they care about the employees but they do not care about who works there. They have no skills what so ever on how to manage a company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train new managers on to run a company that is stuck in the 1960s.
