PepsiCo is a global food and beverage leader with a product portfolio including 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in annual retail sales. Poor. Corporate says one thing but reacts and does the opposite.
Not there. Management is under so much pressure to perform but not given the resources to accomplish the task. Overloaded!!!
Everyone is in it together so all embrace the stress together.
Slim to none. People don't know what anyone is doing from one minute to the next.
They want it all and then some for as cheap as they can get it. Negotiate up.
Poor. Its their way. You do not matter.
Regular workers that remain work well together. Upper level are there for their own benefit.
