Poor business practices at PepsiCo
Company cares more about shareholders than employees.
Support from management
Actions speak louder than words.
You will be out there by yourself yet they will say you are part of the Pepsi team.
Freedom to work independently
Everyone must perform and look the same.
Continuously finding out information late in the field.
We all are paid the same.
Attitude towards older colleagues
At times it feels more like they want you to throw your fellow employees under the bus. We are constantly pitted against each other.

Overall compensation for your work
Pay is decent but even with raises the cost of healthcare has went up so your pay from 10 years ago may be less or equal to your current take home.
Office / Work Environment
Very stressful. You will be held accountable for things which you have zero control over.
They do a great job about looking towards the future of our planet.
Expect to get emails 24/7 as well as phone calls on your days off. Also your shift does not end until the job is done. 15hr days are not unheard of.
With changes every year we have become a laughing stock to our competitors as well as customers.
At any moment you can be let go for your performance. That can be said at most jobs.
Meetings are held upstairs with no wheelchair access. I have never seen a handicap person do the job personally.
They talk about safety but it is not uncommon to have to lift and reach or lift and twist to perform the job. The back rooms are too small to do it otherwise at times.
Every day is a challenge.

I like the physical work.
What I dislike about the company
I dislike my pay as well as benefits. The changes never benefit the employees. The turnover rate is ridiculous.
