Support from Management
No real management. It was nice to not hear anything from the bosses, until something was wrong. But no true leadership.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay drivers amount agreed too. Maintain year round contracts to keep drivers running.
I like about the employer
Freedom, as long as you did your job, you are left alone.
I dislike about the employer
Not employee friendly, less than agreed upon pay. Too many office staff working minimal hours and making more than the drivers.
