I never see any commendations, ever.
Support from management
Your supervisor will not support you. They only criticize and do not give positive feedback EVER!!
Teamwork is a joke at PerfectServe. Everyone is only out for their own self and will not help you.
Freedom to work independently
The favorite employees are not given a lot to work on so they may play and socialize.
You are never warned or given a heads up about anything. Instead they basically come yell at you.
No, women do not have the same career opportunities as men.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They only hire friends and friends of friends.
Don't plan on moving up in this company.
Overall compensation for your work
The pay is not good at all.
Office / Work Environment
The computer equipment is old and very slow. Things do not work properly. Nothing is ever updated and there are no plans to update the equipment.
Are they Socially Aware? That's a joke, right?
You may NOT take vacation days when you want to take them. They are not approved very often.
The employees do not talk fondly about this company. They make fun of the work they do and are not proud of their work and some purposely route calls incorrectly for entertainment.
They fired two of my friends for no reason. I believe they did not like these people or they were threatened by these people so they got rid of them.
This company does not employ any handicap people.
They do not have security for the building which is a concern.
I feel uninspired and unchallenged at this company. It is a joke.

- Stop allowing your managers from hiring their friends. They need to hire the most qualified candidate and not their buddy. The company is going down fast.

What I dislike about the company
I do not like anything about Perfectserve. They belittle their customers. The supervisors are a HUGE joke. The owner of this company needs to take a good look at his upper management staff and get rid of all of the children pretending to be supervisors. Children are too young to manage people.
