Everyone is included.
Support from management
Apparently, we can't talk about "the boss" or name names...so I will be as bland for Monster as I can. This is a really nice company to freelance for, speaking as a freelancer anyway.
Excellent team environment.
Freedom to work independently
Yes. They want you to be able to do your job without having to look over your shoulder. As long as you CAN do your job, then you have the freedom to approach problem solving as an individual. Team meetings and progress reports aside.
Very good communications. Easy to do my job.
I can't answer that question honestly, since I am only there part time.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everyone seems to be treated very fairly.
Yes. You can move up the ladder.
Overall compensation for your work
This I don't know about either...again...since I am a freelancer.
Office / Work Environment
Beautiful place to work. Conveniently located. They have a gym! So you can work off all the snacks they have in the employee break area.
They seem to be.
Well...I'm freelance, so I cannot answer that at 100%. Even though I gave it five stars. But everyone I know there seem to be happy.
Until I was hired by PDP, I actually knew nothing about them. But they have really cool products, very innovative and imaginative.
I cannot answer this question either, as I am not fully employed there. But I know someone who has been there for over five years...and he says he likes it there.
If you are supposed to be there, then yes, it is accessible. You can't just walk in there off the street though.
Well...they are in a secure building with good security that shares several high profile businesses.
Sometimes very challenging. But that makes it fun.
Inclusive / Diverse
I think so. All sorts of people work there. Everyone is friendly and smiling...when their faces aren't buried in a computer screen doing their work.
What I like about the company
Easy to communicate with. Secure location which is nice. People can't just walk in off the street and meander around. It's fun working on the various and varied projects that come up. It's always different.
What I dislike about the company
Honestly, I can't think of anything specifically right now. Maybe if I were a full time employee, I might have something to say, but I'm not and everyone I have worked there so far seems to be happy.
