Suggestions for improvement

  • Generate annual raises. Hire more upper management staff instead of having one or two people handling the entire company. Hire someone who has good communication skills for upper management.

What I like about the company

The owner is wonderful with a great sense of humor.

What I dislike about the company

There's no room to grow. No raises. Very bad communication and bad management from the upper level.

Support from management

Only real support comes from immediate field managers. Very little effort from upper mgmt

Teamwork

Team is limited to specific tours not a company wide attitude

Overall compensation for your work

Some of the lowest wages in the industry as well as the lowest PD I have ever seen. No raises

Job Security

If you're ok with low pay, no raises, zero communication from mgmt then you can stay here forever

Suggestions for improvement

  • Replace the man in charge who doesn't know how to talk to or treat his employs. Encourage employees to share thoughts and ideas instead of making them feel beneath you. Remember the golden rule. Never forget that your employees are your most important focus for they are the ones take care of your customers and ultimately control the image and profitability of your company.

Travel, co workers, mid management, clients.
