Ok entry level but not long term
Suggestions for improvement
- Replace the man in charge who doesn't know how to talk to or treat his employs. Encourage employees to share thoughts and ideas instead of making them feel beneath you. Remember the golden rule. Never forget that your employees are your most important focus for they are the ones take care of your customers and ultimately control the image and profitability of your company.
What I like about the company
Travel, co workers, mid management, clients.
What I dislike about the company
Poor planning and zero communication from management to frontline. No room for advancement, no raises, extreme hours & poor treatment by upper management.
