Could be a great job...
Suggestions for improvement
- Generate annual raises. Hire more upper management staff instead of having one or two people handling the entire company. Hire someone who has good communication skills for upper management.
What I like about the company
The owner is wonderful with a great sense of humor.
What I dislike about the company
There's no room to grow. No raises. Very bad communication and bad management from the upper level.
